  1. 5:50 starts what you all came for.

btw her tutorial is bullshit. go somewhere else. but she looks pretty sexy tough.

  2. Here me dancing like we did in the early 90s. This was when teh Prodigy were huge, and rave music was top of the charts. Amazing time and dancing was at its best. Hop e you like! https://youtu.be/BhLhSYmhmxw

  3. I watched this tutorial a few times when I started practicing shuffling (again…I practiced for a few weeks years ago, but I didn't stick with it) last November and the roach killer always eluded me. I just couldn't get it. Today, I decided to revisit it as I've been getting more confident and mastering more basic moves, and it finally clicked! Thanks for a great tutorial.

  4. Hey Vanesa, you might find this interesting. I'm 45, and in the early 90's in the UK we had a huge underground dance music scene called rave. We danced exactly like this to HipHouse, hip-hop, and UK breakbeat rave. One of the earliest tracks I remember that changed my life and my dancing literally overnight was this one, called 'Back by Dope Demand'. watch this video as there's lots of variations of the running man in it – plus the breakbeat is EASIER to move your feet to than a standard 4/4 house beat. Enjoy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6VYxQ8PfKVU

  5. Ok Vanesa which one is your favorite??? At first you said the 3rd shuffle then you said the 4th shuffle so I'm confused.

  6. "ya knaaa whamm sayyyin" LOVE YOU <3 please make more!! i love how you DESCRIBE!!! please keep describing on how to distribute your weight. can you also describe if you constantly need to be jumping/skipping?! i find when im constantly trying to lightly skip it helps a lot, i have mastered the running man but when i put on faster music i cant do it! PLEASE HELP!

  7. Can you do a tutorial on the move you and Elena Cruz do together please, where you point feet both to the left for two then right for two, left for two etc. Your arms point one to the front and one to the back, leading with the leading foot. Hope that kinda makes sense.
